"App claims to hold parking spots but they're mainly for unattended lots and if they're attended, the lots don't recognize spot hero. I don't recommend using this app Update: I spoke to customer service and they offered a refund that will take two weeks to process. If that's the only recourse for reserving unmanaged spots then don't use this service. Go with attended properties if you want to pay for parking."
